Exceptional Care & a Smile I’m Proud Of For the past two years, I’ve undergone extensive dental care at Thomasville Road Dental, including crowns, extractions, fillings, and root canals. After everything I’ve been through, I couldn’t be more pleased with my smile and the care I’ve received. Dr. Butler and her staff have consistently greeted me with warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. They’ve made what could have been an overwhelming dental journey feel comfortable and manageable. Throughout my life, I’ve heard all the horror stories about root canals, so naturally I was a little apprehensive. I’m happy to say that my experience was completely different—my root canal was painless, and I continue to be pain-free. I truly appreciate Dr. Butler and the entire team at Thomasville Road Dental for the patience, care, and quality of work they’ve provided over the past two years. When I look at my smile today, I’m extremely happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients.

For years, I was unhappy with my smile. A friend referred me to Dr. Butler and Khadijah, but honestly, I was hesitant because I did not really want dentures. I was afraid they would not look natural or that I would not like them. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured, so I decided to trust the process—and I am so glad I did! From my first visit to the day I finally received my new teeth, they listened to my concerns and patiently answered every question I had. Dr. Butler was amazing and made sure my new teeth fit comfortably and looked right for me. I absolutely love being able to smile and proudly show my teeth again. They did an AMAZING job! I would highly recommend Dr. Butler and Khadijah to anyone. Thank you both so much. I am truly loving my new smile!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Butler took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided thoughtful, insightful explanations. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase products or services, which made the entire experience feel honest and patient-focused. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Overall was a great experience. The staff was kind, professional and personable. The only issue is when I made the appointment over the phone, I was told the appointment was covered by my insurance. When I got there it cost me 80$. Which isn’t bad at all for everything I had done, a cleaning and examination. Just a minor inconvenience

New patient here, I've only had 2 visits so far, but I'd like to say that they have been positive! Dr. Butler was excellent when helping me understand my diagnosis and the treatment I would be requiring. Also, Amanda at the front desk is incredibly responsive and her energy is awesome!
